Prints
Can you print your works in dimensions that are not listed on your website?
Yes. Please get in touch if you are looking for dimensions that are in between the listed dimensions or smaller than the minimum listed dimension. The maximum dimensions are already listed, so we can not offer prints that are larger than the listed dimensions. Please note that the dimensions you ask for, must be in proportion with the original work.
Can you print on a surface other than photo paper or archival paper?
We always have a stock for these materials. If you are interested in another surface, let us know.
Original Works
Are all of your original works listed in your Portfolio?
No. Most of the works are not listed. Our instagram account @dansorrel_ is a good source to follow Daniel Sorrentino’s works.
Can I purchase original works?
Yes. Some of the original works are listed in our website under the “originals” section in the shop. If you are interested in a work that is not listed, please contact us by email, dan@dansorrel.com If you are interested in purchasing original works you should make the payment with Wire Transfer/Bank Deposit to Daniel’s account.
Are all original works available for direct sale on DANSORREL.COM?
No. The original works belong to Daniel Sorrentino. He is responsible for the sale of his original works.
Commisions / Custom Works
Do you accept commissions?
Yes. Daniel accepts commissioned works when he finds the time. Generally, the earliest deadline we can give is a few months ahead. There is a certain procedure we follow for accepting commissions. Please contact us to get details on this process.
Can you make modifications on your finished works?
No. Daniel prefers not to make any changes on a finished work.
Orders
Can you frame my orders?
We only offer the option to stretch your order prints on foam boards and ship ready to frame as your convenience. At the moment we do not offer any other framing options.
Do you make a discounts if I order in relatively large quantities?
Please let us know if you have the intention of ordering more than four works.
Shipping
Do you ship abroad?
Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL.
When will you ship my order?
We normally ship in 0-2 business days. Just to be on the safe side, we state that it will take us a maximum of 3 business days to ship.
Will I pay customs fees?
Some countries may charge additional customs fees when importing your artwork. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and may vary from area to area. DANSORREL is responsible for shipping fees but IS NOT responsible for any customs fees, VAT, duties or extra courier handling fees for customs procedures that might occur. Unfortunately we have no control over these fees and we cannot predict what they might be prior to shipping. Please note that you will not be refunded for your order if you do not proceed with your requirements to clear your package or simply leave your package at the customs.
Payment
Can I make my payment using wire transfer?
On top of the transfer fee you would have to pay to your bank around €10-15 as international bank wire transfer fee. That is why we do not present it as a payment option on our website. If you are willing to make your payment via wire transfer, you can get in touch with us.
